The Taala Foundation and its mental health initiative have remained a nascent dream until this
intervention and we are tremendously grateful for the collaborative effort between community
members, mental health professionals, and development partners to bring this project to life.
Wellness is an incredibly powerful tool for transforming individual and community lives, and we
are grateful to be able to contribute to expanding access and awareness around mental health and
wellbeing at this critical time.
We would like to extend our gratitude to the individuals that responded to our call to participate
in the program, taking a leap of faith with this untested approach within our community work,
and who stayed the course of the intervention. Your desire to be well and demand for space that
meets that need is why we exist. We are grateful that you chose to walk your journey with us.

We are excited to share this report with you.
